Dysthemia & suicide attempt

Recently I was diagnosed with dysthemia, although prior to that I was misdiagnosed with bipolar disorder. As a result, I attempted suicide once. Despite this, can I still get a first class medical certificate?

Wow. I looked up what Dysthemia was and the symptoms sound like about %90 of Americans.

67.107 (a)&(c) could be the disqualifier for a first class. I'm not a AME, so I don't know.
