Dynamic Aviation

Just curious but do you have any King Air time? Their website emphasizes time in type and I have been interested in knowing how serious they were about that.

Sorry no time in type as my interview will be on the dispatch side - guess I should have stated that before

I currently work there as an FO in the SIT dept. Up to this point my experience has been very positive. There may be companies that pay better, but I can say that so far I have been treated very fairly. Great people at the company:)

You really have to bug them after putting in a resume. As of right now, I don't believe they are hiring low time guys with A&P's, though they do most of the time. I got several good friends working there. I worked there this summer as a contract FO flying for the oil spill in the Gulf. Great people

Did you like working there? Do your friends like it? How is the pay?

Ive been with Dynamic about a month. Looking to go overseas about April 7.
The company, people, and training all have been top notch.

Good luck with the interview F9DXER

Hi All,

I have an interview with DA Next week in Bridgewater, for the oil spill co-pilot/A&P position. I was wondering if anyone can give me some insight on the flight sim portion of the interview. I do know that it is a PC flight sim, but was wondering what is the flight profile, airports, and what are they looking for in piloting skills.

Cheers all,

malmskog

They just hired a AMF metro pilot from SLC. If you have no attachments in the states and can hack overseas and the sand box go for it. Come to think of it he might be a lurker here or his brother.

I got a call from them about a year ago. Did the phone interview and was told they'd be calling back to set up an "in-person". They didn't. Met a guy at the current job who had the same experience.

I later learned that they're uhm, how to put it delicately? "Of great faith". Proooooobably wouldn't have been the best fit, anyway! Good luck. Make sure you read up on the history before the interview.
