I was on special issuance for a DVT which occured in spring of 2005. Everything going well until bad fall and Bilateral quad tear last March 2007. The blood clot recurred as a result of the injury but has been treated succesfully and my recovery is on target to return to normal activities mid August. Im working with Pilot Medical Solutions who helped me get through the process the first time. Hoping for the best, what are my chances of recieving a new special issuance. No flying since last March.
