Dumb Ticket Agent Question

Hi guys,

If I purchased a ticket via Delta but operated by Alitalia (a codeshare), where do I check in, Delta or Alitalia? Rome is a bit confusing, and I just wanted to make sure before going to the wrong terminal tomorrow morning!

Yeah I get that all the time here. Um I am checking in and it says operated by another airline on the Kiosk. Where are you connecting too? Um my final destination is XXX. That doesn't help me let me see your itinerary, it says here you are flying on Horizon. But the flight number says Delta. If you read the operated by, it says Horizon. So don't worry you're not the only one.
