Narrative:
A Boeing 747-4H6(LCF) Dreamlifter, performing flight GTI4231, lost a wheel on the left rear landing gear just after takeoff from Taranto-M. A. Grottag Airport (TAR/LIBG) at an altitude of a few dozen meters.
No injuries on the ground.
The aircraft continued its flight to its destination and landed safely.
 
There’s been one or two of them sitting here across the runway from me at MZJ for a number of months.
