does VA disability affect a commercial flight position?

i am looking to fly cargo eventually, maybe airlines if the opportunity arose before cargo. anyway i separated from the military and did not pursue a disability claim. i could claim for my shoulder and feet. nothing debilitating but def chronic pain. one doc said i have frayed ligaments in my shoulder, also a podiatrist recomended surgery for a bunion that was worsened during service. if i get any disability from VA could this hurt my chances for a commercial pilot career?

If it is not a major medical issue, no. Just report it. I have yet to see anyone DQ unless they had a total disability from the VA.
