Bristow Group Macaé, Rio de Janeiro:<BR /><p>We are looking for a Flight Dispatcher to perform flight dispatch and coordination activities for Bristow’s fleet, ensuring operational safety, compliance with ANAC regulations, and excellence in passenger handling and flight operations. This position plays a key role in maintaining the safety and efficiency of Bristow’s aviation operations.</p><p><p>Key responsibilities</p><ul><li>Perform passenger and baggage check-in, ensuring compliance with flight safety procedures;</li><li>Conduct passenger safety briefings prior to boarding;</li><li>Prepare flight documentation and closure reports in accordance with ANAC requirements;</li><li>Load and unload baggage and cargo in compliance with operational standards;</li><li>Operate VHF radio for communication with aircraft during flight coordination;</li><li>Support the Flight Operations Coordination team with administrative and operational tasks;</li><li>Prepare reports and operational records, ensuring traceability and compliance with company standards.</li></ul><p><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>High school diploma required;</li><li>Basic English (reading and comprehension);</li><li>Knowledge of customer service and flight operational routines;</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);</li><li>Radio Operator Certificate – desirable;</li><li>Basic knowledge of Aeronautical Regulations – a plus.</li></ul><p><p>Profile and core competencies</p><ul><li>Strong attention to detail and accountability;</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills;</li><li>Emotional balance under operational pressure;</li><li>Organization and time management;</li><li>Proactivity and initiative;</li><li>Commitment to the Safety Culture and Bristow’s Core Values: Safety, Integrity, Teamwork, Passion, and Progress.</li></ul>
