Aviation Search Group Cleveland, Ohio:<BR /><p>We are partnered with an Air Ambulance company operating under Part 135 to find a knowledgeable Dispatch Manager. This is a great opportunity to join a team who provides important life saving services to people in need.</p> <p>The Dispatch Manager is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and overseeing all operational activities within the Dispatch Department, ensuring development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems, to meet the current and future objectives of the company.</p> <p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide day-to-day management of the Flight Scheduling Department.</li> <li>Develop, implement, and enforce the operational control standards, policies and procedures.</li> <li>Develop, document, and implement Standard Protocols (SP&rsquo;s) to ensure safe operations and compliance with the FARs.&nbsp;</li> <li>Determine all assigned crewmembers are qualified and eligible to serve as a required crewmember in the aircraft and type of operation to which the crewmember is assigned.</li> <li>Examine performance factors prior to developing a flight release for a specific mission.</li> <li>Responsible for overseeing flight following.</li> <li>Coordinate the scheduling of maintenance with the VP of Aircraft Maintenance to support flight operations.</li> <li>Maintain complete and accurate records of Flight Scheduler performance evaluations, training, and disciplinary actions.</li> <li>Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations for direct reports.</li> <li>Provide work schedules that ensure adequate and efficient Flight Scheduler staffing.</li> <li>Prepare and maintain the Operating and Capital Budgets for the Dispatch Department.</li> <li>Travel as needed.</li> <li>Collaborate with AAG Management Team to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on operational activities, projects, and systems.</li> <li>Oversee the daily workflow of the Dispatch Department to obtain maximum process efficiency and productivity.</li> <li>Provide leadership and development of employees within the scope of responsibility and through example.</li> <li>Collaborate with other departments to carry out the organization&rsquo;s goals and objectives.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> </ul>
