Denver

Interesting..Doesn't Air Methods currently operate the Green KA200 for the Childrens Hospital?

The base is going to be at Centennial, it's a hospital based program for AirLife Denver and one of the aircraft is a fairly new King Air 200, N782AL. Thats all I know. :p

Huh. So the Greeny-bluey not the bright orangey-yellowy -200s.

Funny thing is that we were just talking about this the other day. That “greeny-bluey” one was out of Grand Junction, right? The one that was sold last Fall. Do they have a PC12 now?

The Saint Mary's King Air is sold, and they are currently operating in a PC12 and negotiating with AMC about a new airframe (supposedly King Air).

The green King Airs based out of Centennial are both on Air Methods certificate on a contract with AirLife Denver. The orange King Airs and Lear are currently on the Mayo Aviation certificate serving Flight for Life Colorado. The rumors are that Mayo is in trouble and Air Methods are aggressively pursuing a fixed wing contract with Flight for Life, as they already operate the rotorcraft for that operation.

That and three grievances with the Air Methods union over some pay disasters and you have the whole rumored picture of Denver.
