When Delta posts the Assistant Dispatcher position will people who previously passed the test and interviewed have to retake the test or proceed to the interview
 
Hope they get rid of the psychological exam. I know some people who have not passed it that I consider to be very good dispatchers...now working at other majors.

Short answer: yes and no. External applicants (including those who work at the trusty DL Conx carriers) are allowed a maximum of three tries at the "testing battery." Internal applicants are allowed maximum attempts. As the famous saying goes: "Only the penitent man shall pass..." As @Huhhhh said, they are changing the test. We shall all see if "we have chosen wisely."

Too bad it's a yes or no question, you could have fun with the answer otherwise. Some examples: "No, but I want to kill her now!" "Teenager? I've been wanting to kill her since I was six!" "I didn't want to kill her until she was already dead, so I dug up the body and stabbed it repeatedly last week."
