Is it me or is there some funny math going on(I mean West Virginia/Arkansas she doesn't count as a cousin type stuff)?

Sarbanes–Oxley still allows some funny math. It was hilarious when my corporate finance professor would point out all the ways you could temporarily puff out your company's financial chest by doing some completely legal accounting tricks.

Not sure what their goal would be but it's certainly possible.
