Delta New TA

Congrats to DL for passing the new TA. Heard it began a few days ago. Would anyone be willing to share any major topics of improvement such as:

-401k match

-License premium

-New international qual percentages

-Midnight shift differentials and perks

-How commuter clauses work

-How business class jumpseats work for international FAM rides (and now I hear it’s for domestic as well?)

-How the new raises vs non raises works? I’m hearing you do still in fact get your work anniversary raises each year, just not the yearly “date of signing” for the new contract or TA raise. However you have the Me Too clause which gives yearly raises.

-How the “Me Too” clause works when pilots get raises or perks

-Can someone update the pay on the Dispatch Pay Spreadsheet

Sounds like the new pay bump is pretty significant. If I am understanding correctly, year one pay at Delta now equals year four pay at American and United. That’s phenomenal. What is top out now?

Any info and perks would be appreciated to share with the OAL sisters and brothers. Since at least two other majors are in current negotiations, it would be something to bring to the tables and light some fires.
