What?
For pilots and senior stews $200 is probably a drop in the bucket, but for the rampers and gate agents this will force them to either get the shot or quit
yes, that’s the idea.for the rampers and gate agents this will force them to either get the shot or quit

I think Delta self-insures for medical coverage. Given what a covid hospitalization costs, I have a hunch charging $200/month isn’t nearly enough.Good. I would rather have seen premiums lowered for the vaccinated rather than raised for the unvaccinated, but somebody has to address the morons who insist on not getting vaccinated during a pandemic.

Assuming the unvaccinated labor force quits and the company has to hire & train replacements, but only vaccinated replacements. It'll cost a lot more than $200 to 'onboard' a new hire.

When they die of Covid you have to train a replacement too.Assuming the unvaccinated labor force quits and the company has to hire & train replacements, but only vaccinated replacements. It'll cost a lot more than $200 to 'onboard' a new hire.
If the unvaccinated unskilled labor quit in large numbers, hiring replacements would be the least of their worries. That could likely cripple the airline.

I think this one works wellHey @Derg, can we get a new emoji? Like a “dumb dumb” one or something? Or maybe an emoji with googly eyes?

NOW, I see why "fake" vaccination card prices are on the rise. There's a market for everything these days.
