"Dead Man's Switch" for aircraft?

Maybe to signify to ATC that something isn't right.

Funny! But in all seriousness I can think of two reasons — a turn to get you off an established navigational route used by other aircraft below you, and to the left so that if you recover consciousness you are less likely to be disoriented looking out the side of the aircraft at the ground rather than up into featureless blue sky.
 
Haven't done an actual chamber, but have done hypoxia training using a reduced oxygen mask system. Very worthwhile training to see just how insidious it can be, and how it can sneak up on you to the point that you cannot cognitively respond to the situation.
 
This accident is a shame....preventable, but none the less a shame. RIP
The Cessna Citation Mustang has an auto-descent mode. I have heard the CJ4 has one and the new Latitude and Longitude will have it as well.

Not a bad feature for a pressurized aircraft.........
