DC ATP Location

Does anyone know about the ATP DC Location? As in how far apartments are away from airport, quality of instructors, etc... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/spin2.gif
 
They're just up the ramp from me and I did my multi there a while back. Seems like a good operation. The apartments are about 5 miles away, all side roads to get there. Just remember this is DC, and Feds live here. So if any ATP location is going to get attention, it's this one. I'm aware of at least two "ride alongs" by FAA inspectors during oral exams.
As far as I know everything went well, but forewarned is forearmed.

Being in DC wont affect ride-along's anymore than having a FSDO on field would anywhere else in the country. Each examiner has to get a checkride on his performance once in a while (6 months?) and that is what is going on there. I had an a FAA guy ride along on my Commercial-single engine add-on, and its really no big deal. He's not there for you, just to make sure the examiner is doing his job.
