Sent my headphones into David Clark for repairs.

Their customer service is AWESOME! They kept me updated when they received it and when they shipped it out again. Quick turnaround time and all repairs covered under warranty!

Great investment to buy one of their headsets! Nice people on the phone and a great experience in dealing with them for the years of my headset!
 
Ditto. Had my cord fray inside and it became intermittent. Got them back with new cord, new boom mic, new ear gels, new ear gel covers.
 
i hear this from literally EVERYONE who has dealt with them. impressive consistency to build a rep like that.

This is probably the only reason they are able to sell an headset that crashes your skull....DRE makes the same headset for half the price, maybe even better.


Most Made in America, companies have really good customer service I have noticed.
 
Awesome, CS. They have sent me 3 brand new X-11's. Fast shipping great to deal with. Just wish the X-11's didn't have so many issues.

I never had a problem with that. I think I wore them around 4 hours one time.

This seems to be the theme for the better headset companies out there. DC, Lightspeed and Bose all seem to have many fans when it comes to their customer service. I wish all the companies in America were so concerned about their customers.
 
Same thing here. Had my dog chew through my nearly new 20-10. Called them up and told him what happened, said they would fix it, and warrenty would even cover them, Super imressed by the service. Everybody I spoke to on the phone was extremely nice, sent e-mails when they recieved my headset. Even called me to verify the shipping address. :clap:

There is a difference between settling down and what you are doing. What you are doing shows signs of you losing all your balls and being absolutely whipped by your girlfriend. Hence, you lost the little bit of manhood you might have had.
