I go back there myself in a couple days.

Amazing city. I’m going to try to bring the wife this fall. Apparently you can get a ten day visa as a US citizen without pre-applying for it.

But of course, that was from a shop owner in the Science and Technology market that knows a pilot spouse is going to have some loot to spend. LOL

I am looking forward to cooler temps so I can get out more.

Got my yearly lucky break on reserve and ended up in Bareclona for 24hrs. The Sagrada Familia was one of my bucket list items as someone fascinated by Gaudi's architecture. It's mind blowing to me that this has been in construction since 1882 and still not done. My only regret is that being a reserve trip the tickets to go inside were already sold out. I definitely need to go back even if on my own time to get a proper tour. It's one of those things that the more you stare at it, the more details start to pop out.

We were there in 2010, and one of the very, very few items on our bucket list is going back when it is completed. Getting close…

[Edit to add: the other Gaudi designs that can be seen throughout Barcelona, alone, make the visit worthwhile.]

When in doubt, light it on fire.

Also,  still fascinates me how dangerously flammable sitting dryer lint gets as it piles up.
I think I had looked at the lint pile under the kindling, and everything caught.

Stay safe! Check your dryer exhaust lines!

I clean mine once per year… myself.

The wife had them professionally done, I think the guy was the neighborhood flunky because all that ended up happening is the lint compacting itself near the outlet and effectively blocked the line. I didn’t know until the dryer wanted to eat itself. Went to Lowe’s, bought the parts and I haven’t seen that much blockage since date night at the “Melting Pot” and I didn’t take my probiotic.
