Boeing Company Renton, Washington:<BR />Renton,Washington,United States GGE5P4 <p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px">The Boeing Company is seeking a Customer Training Specialist in Renton, WA. </p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px">Within the Training Optimization Courseware department, the Customer Training Specialist will provide expert analysis of customer pilot training requirements and developing concepts, techniques and processes. </p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px"></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px">POSITION RESPONSIBILTIES: </p><ul><li>Conduct the review and evaluation of customer pilot training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives and design.</li><li>Participate in activities including the development, delivery and evaluation of pilot training.</li><li>Follow processes for identifying training content and evaluating training effectiveness.</li><li>Uses specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing media and materials.</li><li>Provides data to support complete proposal development activities.</li><li>Ensures accuracy and quality of training products.</li><li>Presents proposals to customer and participates in training needs analysis.</li><li>Consults with and coaches others regarding final product quality.</li><li>Travel for work 25% of the time. </li></ul><p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px"></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px">Relocation Assistance, based on Eligibility. </p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px"></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px">Boeing is the world’s largest aerospace company and leading manufacturer of commercial airplanes and defense, space and security systems.
