Current Longest E190 Flight Served

I'm curious as to what is the longest flight currently being served by the E190? This got my interest after a reading a tidbit about Air Canada's new PDX-YYZ this coming June that will be flown by the E190. As I've never been on an E190, I can only assume the seating and overall comfort is 10x better than the CRJ 700/900.

Air Canada already does YYZ-SEA in the E190. 1791 NM ~ 4.5 hours. But at least mainline flies the plane, by mainline pilots, getting paid as mainline pilots.

Air Canada Jazz does YYC-IAH in a CRJ-900...ugh!

I dont know, I was just recently on a Mesaba 900 from SLC-MEM.... I was thinking, "Oh crap this cant be much better then a CRJ700." But I was actually impressed with the comfort of it. Perahps its because there's 76 seats on it, but the leg room was more then I was use to and could not complain too much..... Obviously the E170/175/190's are better for standing up, but if others model the Mesaba's leg space on a CRJ900 customers would be just as happy.....

The two Midwest 190s I've been on weren't all that comfortable. It's nice to have only aisle and window seats, but other than that it felt like any other bigger RJ. The worst part was (and I don't know if all 190s are like this or just the two I was on) but the ECS kept cycling between really hot and really cold the whole way out to Denver.

After further research, I believe we have found our winner with YYZ-SEA being the longest E190 flight at the moment.

I personally find a CRJ-900 to be on par with any of the E-Jets.

Now granted, the only CRJ-900 I have been on is on Mesa, but they have got to have the most uncomfortable seats on any airplane out there. I'm in pain just thinking about it.

Of course, the last time I was on one they still had the America West interiors so I don't know if they have changed. Anybody been on one recently?

Seriously????? I think he was referring about 73's in service.

Hell in that case, what's a DC-9 15 series lighter than? :)

I remember when one of my friends took delivery of a -700 and he was like "Oh man, it's got the same engine as a F/A-18!"

Umm, ok. Chicks dig fighter pilots. Unless, of course, you're a reality TV wanna be that wants to please the producers for the sake of the script, they really don't dig airliners.

CRJ-700 actually! ;)

I don't know if it's true or not, but he had a little Canadian-flavored kool aid after the delivery flight! :)

"Back bacon is really the superior bacon to..."

"Shaddup, and eat your freakin' cheese coney, ok? :)"
