Currently seeking highly motivated and career-driven team members. </p> <p>*Visit our website for all IAero Airways has to offer at www.iaerogroup.com/join*</p> <p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p> <p> The Crew Scheduler performs the following essential functions:</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>The Crew Scheduler reports directly to the Manager of Crew Resources.</li> <li>Responsible for ensuring adequate crew coverage of all positions to staff every flight.</li> <li>Ensures Crewmembers assigned to all flights are both current and qualified and meet all company policies as well as the Federal Aviation Regulation duty & rest time regulations. </li> <li>Monitors flights throughout assigned shift to ensure duty time limitations are not exceeded.</li> <li>Manage operational disruptions and solve them in a proactive manner.</li> <li>Provide reporting on daily schedules and department status.</li> <li>Ensure effective utilization of crewmembers.</li> <li>Demonstrate expected behavior as well as the ability to remain calm and even-tempered during stressful situations. Maintain a “customer friendly” attitude when communicating with Crewmembers and other Company personnel.</li> <li>Completion of daily shift checklists.</li> <li>Interface with other departments to adequately plan and coordinate assignments for crewmembers for all flights.</li> <li>Ensure crewmember placement for all flights.</li> <li>Book, monitor and cancel travel, hotels and ground transportation based on company needs, while monitoring and mitigating travel costs.</li> <li>Additional duties may be assigned based on departmental need.</li> </ul> <div> <div class="fr-view"> <div> <div> </div> </div> </div> </div>
