Full training will be provided for all new joiners and supported by a growing team within our Operations Centre.</span></p> <p><span><br>Reporting to the Crew Scheduling Manager, you will join a team that provides support on a shift pattern basis. </span><span>To succeed as a Crew Scheduler, you will be a strategic problem-solver who can see the bigger picture, while also giving attention to detail in the crew scheduling process.<br></span></p> <strong>&nbsp;</strong> <strong><span>&nbsp;Responsibilities:</span></strong> <ul> <li><span>Resource planning / scheduling of flight crew to ensure maximum utilization of the fleet;</span></li> <li><span>Monitoring daily and forecasting crew duties to ensure it stays within industry required limits;</span></li> <li><span>Informing flight crew of changes that occur to their rosters;</span></li> <li><span>Co-ordinating flight crew accommodation and transportation;</span></li> <li><span>Co-ordinating roster changes in case of sickness or other unavailability at short notice;</span></li> <li><span>Working with and updating the respective databases and tracking programs</span></li> <li><span>Performing any other tasks reasonably required to be undertaken in accordance with the instructions of the Reporting Manager<br></span></li> </ul> <strong><span><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></strong> <ul> <li><span>Fluent in both written and spoken English;</span></li> <li><span>Experience maintaining rosters, resource planning, or moving people around at large volumes is desirable;</span></li> <li><span>A working knowledge of FAA 135.267 rule set is preferable;</span></li> <li><span>Proven experience using Microsoft Office suite;</span></li> <li><span>Excellent interpersonal skills and a clear communication style that will enable you to ensure that crew are fully briefed for their roster and any changes;</span></li> <li><span>As well as good mathematics skills, you will possess an analytical mindset and can take care of competing tasks all at one time;</span></li> <li><span>You have a “can-do” attitude and you’re committed to maintaining outstanding levels of customer service; even when under pressure you remain dynamic and flexible;</span></li> <li><span>You’re a highly determined fast learner who can work collaboratively with your teammates, but also independently when required in order to get the job done<br></span></li> </ul> <div class"content-conclusion"><p><span><strong>Benefit Overview:</strong></span></p> <p><span>We offer a robust array of employee benefits including a variety of medical plans, company-paid parental leave, and 401(k) matching — to assist employees with balancing their professional and personal lives and plan for a fulfilling future.
