Wheels Up Partners Erlanger, Kentucky:<BR />Overview<br /><div>Responsible for the efficient coordination of crewmember assignments and crewmember schedules.</div><div>&nbsp;</div>Responsibilities<br /><ul><li>Ensure the efficient daily, monthly, and quarterly scheduling of crewmembers within the guidelines set forth by the Company General Operations Manual, Policies &amp; Procedures Manual, FAA regulations, Company Operations Specifications, and department policies and procedures.</li><li>Make reservations for positive space air travel and rental cars to position crewmembers to and from assignments; update and record in FOS appropriately.</li><li>Record crewmember unavailability and other activity codes in FOS appropriately.</li><li>Administer and coordinate monthly and quarterly crewmember availability schedules and determine crew swap requirements to ensure aircrafts are crewed appropriately.</li><li>Ensure all crewmembers are scheduled in accordance with the FARs, Company Operations Manual, department guidelines, and Company policies and procedures.</li><li>Responsible for maximizing crewmember scheduling availability and efficiencies through comprehensive coordination and communication with Maintenance Control, Flight Control, and Training.</li><li>Coordinate daily schedule to ensure each flight segment meets all company and FAR requirements including but not limited to: crew currency, crew qualifications, crew duty requirements, and other crew legality requirements.</li><li>Compile and analyze data related to the scheduling function and prepare reports as required.</li><li>Must be highly knowledgeable of the Delta Private Jets Operations Manual, FAA and International Regulations, Company Operations Specifications, Company Policies and Procedures, and other pertinent information relating to his/her duties.</li><li>Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned by the Crew Scheduler Lead, Director of Operations and Client Center or higher authority.</li></ul>
