Frontier seeks a Crew Resources Analyst to join the Crew Planning team. The position will develop and utilize staffing and budget models to assist in the forecasting of crew-related costs. It will be focused on driving continuous productivity, efficiency and operational performance improvements through analyses related to the staffing and scheduling of Pilots and Flight Attendants. The Crew Resources Analyst will work closely with the Finance and Network Planning teams to identify and resolve obstacles related to crew productivity and operational performance. Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and routinely update Pilot and Flight Attendant staffing models to ensure hiring and training plans are aligned with future operational needs.
- Analyze and provide recommendations on structural changes such as crew domiciles that will improve productivity, efficiency and operational performance as it relates to the scheduling of crews.
- Evaluate financial and operational implications of proposed marketing schedules to support long-term profitability.
- Coordinate with Finance on development of Pilot and Flight Attendant salary, hotel and per diem budgets.
- Analyze potential work rule changes to identify the associated headcount, cost and operational impact.
- Respond to data requests from internal Frontier customers in Flight Operations, Inflight, SOC, Marketing and Finance.
- Assist Sr. Director, Crew Resources in the development of ongoing measurement and reporting of departmental objectives.
- Produce daily/weekly/monthly management reports related to budget performance, operational performance, crewmember productivity and contract compliance.
- Establish and maintain industry contacts in an effort to understand Frontier’s relative crew productivity.
- Attend and represent Crew Resources at meetings relevant to staffing, productivity and operational performance.
