You will create crew scheduling procedures that build both team and customer loyalty by getting crew, aircraft and customers where they need to be, while also meeting the financial, regulatory, and operational needs of the company. The Crew Planner will build, monitor and communicate manpower needs for CA, FO, and FA with oversight of the crew planning and records requirements.<br>What makes a successful JSX Crew Planner<br><ul> <li>Problem Solver</li> <li>Detail Oriented</li> <li>Organized</li> <li>Proactive</li> <li>Excellent Communication Skills</li> </ul><br><br>Fine Print<br><ul><li>4-Year College Degree or Equivalent Work Experience</li><li>Minimum of 2 years Aircraft or Crew Scheduling or Dispatch experience</li><li>System Integration and implementation Experience</li><li>Related logistic experience </li><li>Build crew and customer loyalty by providing crew planning and manpower oversight using the Navblue tools to get resources where they need to be and deliver customers to their destination on-time. </li><li>Constantly drive improvements in the daily operation through cross-functional problem solving and collaboration with department leads along with recommendations for improvement.</li><li>Collaborate in the analysis of the feasibility of, development and enhancements to Scheduling and planning programs</li><li>Ensures team standards are consistently met by conducting reviews of the schedule and the daily operation.</li><li>Interpret and recommend actions to department leadership resulting from establishing, maintaining, and reporting metrics for JSX planning</li><li>Maintains and executes crew bid awards and schedules by coordinating with Chief Pilot and Manager of Inflight.</li><li>Coordinate IOE Training and execution with Check Airman and CAT B training to ensure crew members are signed off.</li><li>Maintain a current list of approved crew members for mountainous airports. Also, ensure crew members get training for mountainous airports to grow the list of approved crew members.</li><li>Approve/Deny crew swaps based on financial and operational impact.</li><li>Put back up plan in place for recoveries (aircraft and crew)</li><li>Oversight of all crew records with direct oversight on the crew records administrator</li><li>builds manpower plan by base and communicates with all stakeholders on the needs including recruitment department heads</li><li>Other duties, projects, and responsibilities as assigned by the VP, Flight Operations and applicable operating departments.</li></ul><br><br>Pay & Perks<br>Compensation range $50,000 - $55,000. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation.
