This is a full-time position that will interact with Crew&nbsp;Schedulers, the Director of Operations,&nbsp; Manager of System Operations Control,&nbsp;Director of System Operations Control, Chief Pilot, Director of Inflight, and&nbsp;is responsible for the planning and future optimization of flight crew&nbsp;resources to comply&nbsp;with government and company regulations while maintaining the operations in an&nbsp;efficient, cost effective, and safe manner.This includes but is not limited to Air&nbsp;Mobility Command (AMC) passenger and other special charter flight schedules&nbsp;including sports teams as well as all other operational flights that include&nbsp;Flight Crew. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence&nbsp;while providing customer service to all crew members. The successful&nbsp;candidate will be able to demonstrate a thorough knowledge and understanding of&nbsp;all FAR Part 121 and FAR Part 117 crew scheduling requirements. Good&nbsp;communication skills are required, and the successful candidate must be able to&nbsp;exhibit the values and culture of the company while working with flight crews&nbsp;in a dynamic environment.<br /><br />C.Duties and Responsibilities<br /><br />&#183;Completes monthly optimization of crew pairings&nbsp;for Flight Crew to minimize travel and operations costs and maximize Crew&nbsp;efficiency;<br />&#183;Performs all monthly schedule development for&nbsp;Flight Crew in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)&nbsp;regulations, labor agreements, and company policies including bid eligibility&nbsp;lists, creation of bid scenario and awarding of bids;&nbsp;<br />&#183;Ensures that a crewing solution is in place for&nbsp;all difficult destinations and advises management of any impending crewing&nbsp;issues which can impact on time performance (i.e. country restrictions);<br />&#183;Ensures that all open flight legs within both&nbsp;short/long term planning horizon are efficiently covered to mitigate any risk&nbsp;of delays or cancellations;<br />&#183;Works together with System Operations Control&nbsp;(SOC) personnel, Flight Operations and Inflight management to ensure a safe,&nbsp;efficient, and cost-effective operation;&nbsp;<br />&#183;Determines the impact of flight schedule changes on Flight Crew and work with other departments to optimize reserve coverage;<br />&#183;Determines associated costs for flight schedule&nbsp;changes and identifies cost saving opportunities while maintaining operational&nbsp;reliability;<br />&#183;Responsible for communicating federal&nbsp;regulations, reassignments, and accommodations to crew members at the planning&nbsp;level;<br />&#183;Process and manage crew member requests&nbsp;including availability to fly on days off and trip trades;&nbsp;<br />&#183;Perform other duties as directed by the Manager&nbsp;of Crew Services or Director SOC.&nbsp;<br />
