Jet Linx Aviation Omaha, Nebraska:<BR /><div><span>Summary:</span></div><div><span>The Crew Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the most efficient and logical use of crew resources in conjunction with effective aircraft utilization.<span> </span>The Crew Coordinator follow crew scheduling guidelines and FAA regulations regarding aircraft qualification, crew rest, and flight time limitations.<span> </span>The goal of the Crew Coordinator is to ensure aircraft availability and safety by coordinating crew and aircraft schedules.</span></div><div><span> </span></div><div><span>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</span></div><ol><li><span><span>Communicate effectively and efficiently as the primary liaison between the Fleet Management team and Crewmembers related to crew activities. </span></span></li><li><span><span>Maintain situational awareness of aircraft and crewmember scheduling needs. </span></span></li><li><span><span>Assign crewmembers to trips, purchase airline tickets, address open items, hire contractors, verify legality of trips and Crewmembers daily. </span></span></li><li><span><span>Update crew activity in FOS: assign appropriate crew to trips, maintain crew activity timeline and schedule with detailed and relevant notes, document all travel reservations and training events. </span></span></li><li><span><span>FOS2GP daily keeping crew service fees dashboard updated and accurate. </span></span></li><li><span><span>Alert training department when training and medical items are shown due and/or expired ensuring no crew member is assigned where currency/medical/etc. expirations will affect daily operations. </span></span></li><li><span><span>Communicate with crews regarding changes of schedules or duty expectations. </span></span></li><li><span><span>Coordinate all aspects of crew MDOF for 91 and 135 flying, working with Fleet Management to inform of associated costs and ensure changes to activities are updated correctly in FOS.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Ensure any “Crew Move Incentive” deals are documented in FOS and paperwork is completed and sent to Accounting, Crew, and other related parties. </span></span></li><li><span><span>Facilitate and coordinate all logistics around crew swaps on the road. </span></span></li><li><span><span>Find, schedule, and communicate with contract crew when needed, including 91 contract pool, Air Hostess, and per diem 135 contract pool. </span></span></li><li><span><span>Review monthly crewmember duty activity logs for accuracy; inform Manager of any discrepancies.</span></span><span> </span><span> </span></li><li><span>Regular and predictable on-site attendance.</span></li><li><span><span>Demonstrate Jet Linx’s core values and “Supply the High” in all interactions.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Performs other duties as assigned.</span></span></li></ol><p><span> </span><span>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities:</span></p><ul><li><span>Team player with the ability to work cross functionally with multiple departments simultaneously </span></li><li><span>Understanding of aircraft types, crew qualifications, and regulations preferred </span></li><li><span><span>Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of the company and its customers</span></span><span> </span></li><li><span>Understanding of FAR’s Part 135/91/61 relating to flight and duty time limitations</span></li><li><span>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and organizational skills</span></li><li><span>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and FOS</span></li><li><span>Ability to multi-task and complete work within assigned timelines under minimal supervision</span></li><li><span>Self-motivated and willingness to take initiative to research and resolve problems</span></li><li><span>Operate office equipment as needed</span></li></ul><div><span> </span></div><div><span>Education and Work Experience:</span><span> </span></div><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred</span></li><li><span>2-5 years of experience in a flight operations environment required</span></li></ul><div><span> </span></div><div><span>Physical Requirements:</span></div><ul><li><span>Majority of work is completed in a normal office work environment</span></li><li><span><span>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer</span></span><span><span> </span></span></li><li><span><span>Able to complete physical activities such as standing, sitting, walking, talking, and hearing to perform daily work functions<span> </span></span></span><span> </span></li><li><span><span>Must be able to move up to 25 pounds on an infrequent basis</span></span><span><span>+</span></span></li></ul><div><span><span> </span></span></div><div><span>Documentation Requirements:</span><span><span> </span></span></div><ul><li><span><span>Ability to obtain a U.S. drivers license</span></span></li><li><span><span>Proof of eligibility to work in the US</span></span></li></ul>
