Ravn Alaska Anchorage, Alaska:<BR /><link /> <link /> <link>&nbsp;<link><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong><p>The Ravn Alaska Crew Controller reports to the Manager of Crew Scheduling and is responsible for managing and maintaining current monthly crew schedules. Other responsibilities aligned with Ravn Alaska Core Values include but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>Upholding <strong>safety</strong> by ensuring all flights are legally staffed, both same day and three days forecasted, while adhering to Federal Aviation Regulations and company policies and procedures.</li><li>Promoting <strong>safety</strong> by identifying and reporting of safety hazards in the work environment or when confronted with an unsafe situation. Promotes a positive Safety Culture with co-workers and supports the organization in compliance with Safety Management System (SMS);</li><li>Demonstrating <strong>commitment</strong> to excellence by running daily crew-related reports to ensure staffing solutions are within corporate key performance indicators (KPI&rsquo;s) and verifying Flight Times and SkedFlex are aligned while monitoring part 117 Federal aviation Regulations (FAR) and required Rest Rules.</li><li>Maintaining <strong>integrity</strong> while working closely with and engaging in impartial working relationships with all coworkers.</li><li>Embodying the spirit of <strong>connectedness</strong> by working closely with Dispatch and Ops Control to address IROP&rsquo;s situations.</li><li>Increasing <strong>reliability&nbsp;</strong>of operations by ensuring adequate reserve staffing to protect the operation of short notice removals from schedule, including assisting Crew Planning/Administration with monthly Bid Awards as needed.</li><li>Showing <strong>commitment&nbsp;</strong>to improving operations through auditing monthly crew schedules, including Fatigue Reports, FDP Extensions, Flight, duty &amp; rest violations, and Pilot in Command (PIC) Flight Times. &nbsp;</li></ul>
