Couple CFI/I gigs for those looking to build time.

CFII - Frost Aviation Services (Las Cruces, NM) - Frost Aviation Services
CFI/II - 5B Aviation (Duncan, OK) - 5B Aviation From what I heard - they're looking for full-time instructors and appear to provide housing too at $500/mo flat. Pay is $50 per flight hour and $25 per sim hour on a 1099 basis. PA28 experience a plus.

If my plans fall through, I'd pick the OK job.

That Oklahoma deal doesn't sound too bad if the housing doesn't completely suck. $50 a flight hour on $500 a month rent ain't too shabby at all for a CFI trying to hustle.
