Position Description


Functions in a dedicated flight service capacity on multiple type jet aircraft performing all safety-related in-flight cabin duties to ensure passenger and crew safety. Monitors aircraft interior systems and telecommunications equipment and provides for the care, comfort and well-being of passengers on assigned flights. Maintains the aircraft cabin interior and re-stocking of supplies. Participates in pre/post flight crew briefings.

Extensive, specialized knowledge of the Air Traffic Control environment and how aircraft are routed through the air traffic environment.

Extensive and specialized knowledge of current certification standards for basic life support (BLS), standard first aid, blood borne pathogens, and automated external defibrillator (AED) use.

Typical Education/Experience


Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
