Boeing Company Langley Air Force Base, Virginia:<BR />Langley AFB,Virginia,United States R9413<br />This is a union position for a Contract Instructor Pilot (CIP) supporting the Mission Training Center (MTC) located at Langley AFB, VA.<br /><br /><br />- Train USAF pilots in all aspects of F-15C operations, from individual events in a single-ship mode of operation to multi-ship large-scale, theater specific, composite force combat mission training in the Distributed Mission Operations (DMO) training environment.<br /><br /><br />- Operate various Mission Training Center (MTC) subsystems, including the Instructor Operating Station (IOS), Brief/Debriefing System (BDS), Video Teleconference (VTC), and DMO operations.<br /><br /><br />- Support ACC Distributed Training Center (DTC) operations by assisting in DMO network (DMON) federation testing, scenario development and generation, participating in DMO exercises, and providing CIP-flown virtual entities, both as blue air and red air &#8220;aggressors&#8221;.<br /><br /><br />- Utilize current F-15C 3-1 tactics, techniques, and procedures, as well as USAF communications standards.<br /><br /><br />- Perform as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in support of hardware and software engineering testing, including verification, validation, and Government Performance Evaluation testing.<br /><br /><br />Boeing is the world’s largest aerospace company and leading manufacturer of commercial airplanes and defense, space and security systems. S. Security Clearance<br />- Experience as an instructor in F-15, F-16, F/A-18, F-22, F-35 or compatible aircraft at any time or a qualified contract instructor within the last two years<br />- Must be able to fly the simulator in the capacity of a 2 or 4-ship flight lead using current tactics and employment standards<br />- Minimum of 500 flight hours in F-15, F-16, F/A-18, F-22, F-35 or compatible aircraft<br /><br /><br />PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:<br />- More than 1,000 flight hours in F-15, F-16, F/A-18, F-22, F-35 or compatible aircraft<br /><br />- Formal Training Unit (FTU) Instructor Course Graduate<br />- Previous experience as a training device (simulator) instructor<br />- Qualified in aircraft listed above within the preceding 5 years <br />- Weapons Instructor Course (WIC) graduate<br /><br /><br />Yes, 10 % of the Time Training and Professional Svcs Individual Contributor Yes No Standard United States; The Boeing Company
