They are all wearing 4 stripes..I wonder if that was due to the filming. I spent some time with Peter Horton here in Atlanta last year. He flew the Concorde for years and was the chief pilot for the Concorde program. He had some great stories.
BA put out a 4 hour video of a typical Concorde flight from London to New York, its been awhile, but I think this is part of it. I watched the whole thing one night, when my wife was being cranky. (You can probably still find it somewhere online to purchase.) A little too detailed for my attention span. Anyway the FE did a TON of work. Such as always moving fuel from one CG to the next based on the stage of flight, etc etc. The FE had the biggest workload of the entire crew.
