I actually saw that.. they use that plane generally to transport people back to mexico that come across the border (that's what the rumor is here)

The "real" Con-Air bird from the movie was stuck at Wendover, UT (on the UT/NV border west of SLC) for a number of years, a fence erected around it on the ramp due to the accidental death of one of the film crew during the shoot and the resulting lawsuits. I want to say the guy was crushed under something, not sure what. (Don't feel like googling for the story).
