I have posted an application for Compass on airline apps 2months ago but haven't heard back but I saw people were getting called quickly (1 week)with similar or fewer hours. I have 1700 hrs 200+ multi time. Cfi. I wanted to email hr to see if there was anything special they needed to see as people with similar hours are getting called. So if anyone can send me the email or provide insight I would appreciate it.

The reason you have probably not heard back is because you lack any prior 121 experience. That's all compass has been hiring. A few prior turbine or 135 guys but I haven't seen any CFI only people in the school house for a few months.
 
@Gundam go through your airlineapps application throughly. There are many instances where guys are not getting called because a passport number is out of date or a drivers license is non existent. Make sure you cross your "t's and dot your I's". If anything else is needed feel free to ask.

Hmmm ok. My medical is expired for commercial operations. I will try to get that renewed. Do you think that might be the problem?

That's a strong possibility. Get that up to date and I'm sure if you meet the other requirements you'll recieve a call shortly thereafter.

Yes. Bachelor's from accredited university. I saw they may have some program with Aerosim. So maybe recent new guys with just cfi experience are from there?
And no, sadly I don't know anyone working there which is why I wanted the email or some sort of clue as to what I need.
