Compass Gouge?

I have a gouge from December '09 when I interviewed, but that one is probably worthless now, as the entire interview process has changed and is now done in ATL. Someone just posted a recent gouge on aviationinterviews.com

I just got back from the Phase 1 exam in ATL. It includes a 60 question ATP'esque exam with 4 possible answers. Many of my questions were aerodynamics related. I didnt find the test to be all that difficult. I recognized a few of the questions from the delta gouge on www.mypilotcareer.com but most of the questions were new to me. I would suggest going down the list and getting a good feel for each of the subjects listed. Use whatever source you like, just know the info. Hope that helps.

As for the other parts of the test, there's not much to prepare for. There is a 240 question personality test. Basically it asks you about 10 questions 24 different ways so be consistent in your answers. The cog test was ok. I found a few of the exercises to be incredibly easy, and I thought a few were rather difficult for me. There is no way to prepare for the test, its just who you are.

They have reliable estimates that about 60 pilots will flow and that is why they are hiring, of course that could change at any point.

Cheers
