UND's Commercial course only requires a total of 122hours (ASEL, IA, and AMEL all combined in 1 huge course), throw in Private at around 35-60hours and you can be done in anywhere from 157 hours to 180 (if you never fly anywhere else)
congrats!!! CFI this summer?
to do spin training you need to be CFI initial qualified, but you could do acro stuffsuppose i wouldnt MIIIIND cfi'ing here at UND if i can mostly stick to the decathlon doing spin training and aerobatic training...
dunno, CFI'ing isnt my first option but we'll see whats out there in another 2 semesters when i graduate.

They're talking about doing spin training. When someone's done it, they'll want the spin sign off. You'll need the CFI for that.PPS. You need a CFI to do spins? Since when? There's one I WILL get angry about...
"What? Spins? I was doing slowflight and I got a little too slow... what? Yeah, it happened again. Yeah, well, I figured I'd better keep trying until I got it right..."
