Aside from heavy mx, anyone know why Colgan is parking the lease return Beeches in RFD?

Raytheon didn't have ramp space in Wichita to take back Air Midwest's 1900s, and Raytheon told us to return the 1900s to SLN and RFD.
So maybe they haven't found leasers or buyers for these now-surplus 1900s? There's a lot of 1900s on the market now.
There are about 40 or so ASA Brasilias parked at Hot Springs.
A mechanic told me that Raytheon was sending 1900's overseas like crazy and that they were clammering to get what they could, but this was from a mechanic and we know what that means..... Anyway, based upon what you've said I guess RFD is the new place for the returns. They had been going to PWA.
Mark and I took one to PWA, but I don't think either of us knew if we were taking it there, ICT, or HOT until the morning we left; I never knew a thing about RFD.
