CitationShares Pay Raise

CitationShares stepped up and announced a new pay scale today, effective April 1. After May 1 when Flexjet's goes into effect, CS, Flexjet, and Netjets will all be in the same ballpark in terms of pay- largely as a result of NetJets pilots and the IBT 1108 local.

For anyone looking to get out of the regionals and try something else, if you don't mind flying 'little' airplanes, the fractionals are a pretty good place to be right now.

Congrats to the CS pilots and thanks to NJA for setting the bar at a respectable height for the rest of us! :)

I've been interested in NetJets for quite some time now. The only thing holding me back for the past couple of years was the girlfriend not wanting to move away from ATL. Her family is here....The 100 bases finally made it a reality for me. I sent my stuff in as quick as I could. I'm sure I'm probably stuck somewhere in the middle of a huge pile of resumes without any internal rec's though. Now if I could just get them to call me back!!!!

Sssssshhhhhhh!

You have to keep this information quiet, so there will be less competition when it's my time to start looking into this.:sarcasm::)

Couple of years?!?!?!

Don't you think you should have committed to the girlfriend or NetJets by now?

Haha...That's great! Actually working on that. We're living together and I'm saving for the ring. Hoping to buy a house/townhome later this year as well. We both like the Atlanta area and just didn't want to move to one of the five domociles. The setup now seems ideal. I live only minutes from PDK and I'm currently based in ATL, which is only about 25-30 minutes away.

The frax industry has many benefits from my perspective compared to airline flying. The interaction with the customers, varied types of flying and destinations, company commitment to employees and clients, competitive pay/benefits, etc... I'm hoping I get a call from Derinda soon. I'm looking forward to having the chance to interview. I got my fingers crossed!

Man, you've gotta stop talking like that, you'll get my enthusiasm all worked up! :nana2:

I can't wait till the day when I have enough hours to get hired at (well, apply to) a fractional. Only 2,100 more to go!
