Rapid Air II Grand Rapids, Michigan:<BR />Rapid Air II, LLC is seeking a candidate for a Pilot position. The ideal candidate possesses good analytical and organizational skills, is a motivated, self-starter with the drive necessary to develop at a pace consistent with the Company’s flexible and changing environment. The position demands a meticulous approach with the ability to adjust to rapidly changing circumstances. This is a full-time, salaried position. <br /> <br /><strong>Job Summary:</strong><br />The Pilot will operate the company aircraft in a safe manner, in accordance with FAA, local, state and international regulations, as well as the company’s Operations Manual, Aircraft Operations Manual, and company policy. Non-piloting duties will also include aircraft upkeep, and some administrative tasks.<br /> <strong><br />Additional Duties and Responsibilities:</strong><br /><ul><li>Ensure compliance with Federal Regulations and company policies and procedures</li><li>Act as PIC or SIC on assigned flights.</li><li>Assists with selection and hiring of new crew members.</li><li>Comply with schedules and other directives governing the aircraft’s safe and efficient operation.</li><li>Ensures that flight crew members are properly trained and qualified for necessary operations and that training records are certified and current</li><li>Ensure that maintenance issues and required services are communicated to maintenance personnel.</li><li>Assist the Chief Financial Officer in developing company procedures</li><li>Perform other duties as required or assigned.</li><li>Reports to the Chief Financial Officer</li></ul>
