Ok, I just heard a pretty wild story from a Shuttle America crew that some CHQ captain had a monkey chilling on the jumpseat of an 145 in flight.

True?

Could it have been a trunk monkey?

There was a rumot at Eagle (I'm trying to remember if Mr. Creepy was the source of this) in the Caribbean that a captain took a net on a St. Lucia overnight and was able to come back with a Green Vervet monkey in the the flight case.

Having seen Outbreak, that scares me. :)

On a more serious (and seemingly relates note), the curator of birds at the zoo is also one of the foremost experts on bird flu in the US. He thinks that it won't come into the US by legal means, but more than likely it'll come in via smuggled birds for the pet trade.

Ok, as promised...

My FO (and FA) were about ready to kill Chuck after the day we had with him sitting up there.
