So I'm going to take my kids up flying (3 and a 1 month old) in a 210. Where and whats the best protection I can provide? What about the one month old and altitude? thanks!

I'd leave the little one behind. Their eustacin tube aren't fully developed and they are more prone to blockage than an adult. For the three year old, like my son, I just showed him at home how cool daddy was when he wore headsets, and was all over it. Plus being able to hear himself in them was a plus for him. I have to isolate myself quite a bit when he flies with me. If he/she isn't intp the whole headset thing, just get the soft foam earplugs and cut them in two. You'll be able to stick them in their ears, and they'll be small enough that thet shoulden't be able to pull them out, yet large enough to not get lost in there.
Thanks for the heads up! Yeh, the 3 year old, I'm not too worried about. I have a headset that I use when shooting and I'll have him wear that. An aviation headset I think will cause more distraction then its worth. I know people fly with infants in airlines and they have a cabin pressure of around 8k. I don't plan to fly much higher then that, but IDK.
Did you do a follow up?
Cool. Keep it up. Next call, just try to talk instead of a VM.Yeah, I have left a few VM's, but no bites yet. I'm gonna keep trying.
