We are looking for a leader who thrives in a fast paced Team environment. The Chief Pilot serves as the compass for our Pilot Team. He/she must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a collaborative mindset and a positive attitude. Our Chief pilot must be able to handle questions across multiple time zones from the field, our HQ staff in North Andover and be able to work with and manage our critical aviation vendors in an extremely effective manner. The Chief Pilot will gain a vast knowledge of our missions and will be expected to provide support and guidance for our pilots in the field as well as advice to our staff in North Andover. As a result, this leader must be comfortable flying in the field and working in the office. The Chief Pilot is the primary flight advisor for and reports directly to the Director of Operations.

Duties Include:
- Administrative oversight of pilot personnel
- Plan and distribute the pilot rotation schedule
- Oversee and continually improve the pilot training program Ensures compliance with Safety Management (government and company policies)
- Oversees & manages aviation publications
- Conducts site location audits
- Performs and/or assists with new site location start-ups
- Oversees and manages aviation vendor relationships
