Checking loads on DL int\'l routes?

Hey guys- anyone know why we can't check the loads for delta on int'l routes?

I used the non-rev listing 800 number to no success.

I'm trying to go JFK-CDG on May 26th.

I think Delta has gone to using the travelnet only now for listing and checking flight. I even think that applies to using buddy passes. I know as of Sept 15 the old paper buddy passes are no longer valid. They gave us 8 new ones that have to bought on the travelnet site with a credit card. No more purchases at the ticket counter or CTO's
