yah the thing climbs out like a rocket! (as far as piston singles go). I really want to go up in it!
 
It's a shame to see such a nice a/c used as a trainer. It just beckons for some Indian kid to bury it in the dirt on a severe clear day, and walk off going "duuuuuude - that wind shear was intense!"

Nice plane, though :)
 
I know our owner sells a few of them, and I've had the chance to push one into a hanger! :laff: :nana2: One of the guys who ones some of our aircraft owns one of those and he doesn't have a key to our hanger to get his aircraft out (not the 400) so he flies the 400 in from another airport and get's his aircraft out, flies that plane out while his buddy flies the 400 back to PTK...must be nice.

We are now Cessna factory certified to teach in the plane. If people buy one Cessna pays us to train them.

Main reason is that the owner of the plane, wanted it :D. It can get across the country pretty fast for a piston single.

Gotcha. It's kind of funny in a sense to think you need that much time for a piston single. It makes complete sense, none the less.

I wish I had the money to go up in that.

I never said it wasn't. The question marks are there because I don't know why someone wants instruction. Just tossing ideas out there that seemed logical.

We've got one around here for rent. Cessna 400 for 395.00 an hour.

2500 bones for a -rental checkout- promotion.

If I had nothing to do but figure out how to spend money, I'd be all over it!
