I've been using a website called the backseat pilot. He provides a pretty solid lesson plan. I still go through them word by word and modify them to my teaching style. They're not perfect...but they're a good place to get started.
Yea. The internet is full of lesson plans you can model your's after. The most important thing is that your lesson plans work well for you.
When I did my CFII, I got lesson plans from a friend and modeled my own after that format. My MS Word abilities are somewhere right beneath a locked steal box buried under three feet of solid concrete in my dark basement floor. lol
Good luck on the ride. Know your lost com procedures cold is the advice I offer. My examiner made a big deal out of knowing that stuff inside out, upside down and backwards....and ya know what?....I am glad I did because sure as hell...two weeks later while on a pleasure flight, in imc, thats exactly what happened.
