CFI wanted in Kansas City (KOJC) Full time

We are looking for a full or part time CFI primarily for the new Cessna 162 skycatcher. Other aircraft you will instruct in include Cessna 172, and Diamond DA20.

Full time instructor position is a salaried position, IN ADDITION TO paid ground and flight hours accrued. Due to it being a salary position, additional office duties will be required and allotted through flight school manager. Benefits after 90 day probationary period.

Requirements:
FAA Commercial & CFI (ASEL)
Good customer service skills
Must hold & maintain a first or second class medical
No previous accidents or incidents on pilot record

Preferred:
Dual instruction given
CFII/MEI
Previous 141 experience (cessna aircraft a plus)
Garmin Avionics experience

While, I'm not looking for a CFI gig, nor have I any direct experience with this operation, from the outside and across the field, it's always appeared as a top notch place to train/work.

I'm 135 lbs and skinny as a twig...I'd fit right in...if I had my CFI...this summer hopefully.
