I have been researching jobs in Florida. I have narrowed the list down to a few. I will be interviewing at FSA in several weeks.
I was looking for an interview gouge with FSA. HR said, to expect a written test-normal areas; Sim flight in the Frasca-Seminole, instrument proficiency; something about work with cadets-Comm. maneuvers (objectives and procedures?); drug test; then interview with Center Manager. HR said to plan on it taking all day.
Are there any favorite approaches for the area? Or, manuevers they seem to stress?
The interview sounds a lot like an airline interview. Or, am I just being paranoid. I am comfortable with my skills and knowledge. But, this is way more in depth than any of the other interviews I am arranging.
Thanks for any insight.
