I was wondering if anyone can tell me about getting a CFI-G rating. I have my CFI, CFII, and MEI.

What would the steps be for me to get the CFI-G rating?
 
I've been looking at flying gliders too.

Since you already have your comercial in airplanes, you can skip the private and go straight to your comercial). It takes about 10-20 more flights than the private.

Then you can work on your CFI-G.

Thanks for the reply. I thought that was the correct order.

That will be the plan for this spring.
