The only thing I understand fomr the lawmakers is when the corporate flight departments are flying the CEO's for anything other than work. These jets are essential to business, but using them for a vacation or something similar is when it gets sketchy. I believe during the automotive debacle one of the CEO's flew every day from his home in seattle to work in Detroit on the companies expense. That is just a waste of money.
