Central Air Southwest has been posting on the orange site. Any insiders know about training, QOL, schedule, or any other info they would like to pass on?

I know someone that works there part time, he flights during the night, I think he does 3 stops and come backs home.He leaves at 10pm and comes back to the initial airport around 2-3am. I have seen the airplanes, it had no gps and is a single pilot operation so they need you to have at least 1200 tt. Just basic IFR equipment. The aircraft is equipped with anti-icing equipment. He told if you work there full time, you make the same amount comparable to a regional, 22-24k.
