DynCorp Del Rio, Texas:<BR /><div><strong>Job Summary</strong></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div> Plan and schedule maintenance of assigned engines and equipment received from supported bases utilizing CEMS/IMDS/SEMPL data systems. Appointed Engine Manager Assistant. Train and assist other engine management personnel as required. &nbsp;Report monthly TCTO compliance as required. &nbsp;Create a 90 day forecast on incoming engines from supported bases. Specific tasking for this position can be located in the applicable work center Individual Training Plan (ITP). The following represents general duties and responsibilities this position will be required to complete.</div><div><strong>&nbsp;</strong></div><div><strong> Principal Accountabilities</strong></div><div>&nbsp;</div> Using applicable CEMS computer screens, assist the Lead Scheduler in compiling required data and prepare weekly, monthly and 90 Day maintenance plansInitiate all documentation to ensure required inspections and periodic maintenance requirements are forecasted and scheduled in a timely mannerAssist the Lead Scheduler in compiling a monthly 556D report in excel that is used by the analyst to update maintenance summariesPrepare and deliver records for shipment of engines to packing and crating. &nbsp;Coordinate package to be inspected by QAVerify that MIS/CEMS/IMDS/SEMPL data is correct on all assigned enginesInterface CEMS, SEMPL and MIS using appropriate programs.Change engine status as required to Tinker using URS Form 1534, in a timely mannerAssist the Lead Scheduler in coordinating with TMO and supported Base Engine Managers on engine shipmentsAssist in maintaining a close liaison with assigned engine managers within AETC supported basesComply with all applicable contractual programs and regulations; i.e., safety, support equipment, housekeeping, and FOD prevention programsMay be asked to perform duties of the Lead Scheduler, in his/her absence, when requested by appropriate management personnelAssist the Supervisor, in coordination with the Training Manager, with on the job training requirements Must ensure all applicable PPE is worn as the environment requiresPerform other qualified duties as assigned<br /><div> </div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Knowledge &amp; Skills</strong></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div> Good verbal and written communication skills are required. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand American English. A thorough knowledge of the procedures specified by AFI 121-101 for the control and scheduling of engines is required. A working knowledge of IMDS/CEMS and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required. Possession of a valid driver&#8217;s license is necessary to obtain flight line driving privileges.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong> Experience &amp; Education</strong></div><div>&nbsp;</div> A minimum of three years&#8217; experience as a Documentation Clerk is required. Prior experience in scheduling assigned engines is desirable.<br /> Physical Requirements/Working Environment<br /> Must be able to lift a minimum weight of 50 lbs., stand for prolonged periods of time, and have the ability to climb ladders and stairs.Night work may be required.
